Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 25 pounds per pet.
Pet fee is $300 per pet (half is non-refundable)
Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet.

Assistance (including support) animals for persons with medical disabilities are not considered to be pets and are not subject to the above pet restrictions. HEM must have prior written approval and may require additional information for assistance animals.
